I have 30+ years of history dealing with lower back pain and sciatica. This is the best back support strap I have ever had. Very smart use of firm plastic framing pieces with adjustable fitting straps weaving around your body. It all builds over the elastic breathable mesh and strong velcro fabric. Magically, my back and torso are fully wrapped and supported without feeling any stiff constraints like those from the "heavy duty", "industrial" back support belts.

This is a very thoughtful product. Besides the human body oriented ergonomic fitting design, every part and its materials are deployed just right that they are strong yet not too thick or suffocating. Excellent back support and so comfortable, I can wear it all day long!

I've tried numerous back braces before and I have always found them hard to wear for any period of time because they were always generally uncomfortable the moment you needed to take a break, so it's a constant putting them on, then taking them off.

I put this one on, moved some stuff around and found it made it a lot easier to get my task done without my back screaming like it tends to. Then I took a break and decided to work on the computer for a while, and attempted to do that without removing the brace.. Unlike other lower back braces, this one was still REALLY comfortable to wear when I wasn't standing. I then wore it while on a heating pad, and was surprised to discover it is very breathable, I didn't end up with a puddle of sweat underneath it.

I can highly recommend this if you are looking for a lower back brace.
I really like this design, it's much easier to put on and adjust, especially for someone with hand issues or arthritis - as it doesn't require massive effort to stretch to put it on. I ordered the small size, since that was the charts recommendation for a 34" waist and it fits like a glove!

Great brace for your lower back. I sit most of the day for work and needed something that can provide pressure and pain relief in that area, especially when getting up to move around and carry items. I love that the stretch on the adjustment sleeve can be changed to ensure you feel it tight enough or loosen it for whatever purpose throughout the day. Breathable and doesn't leave my skin feeling like it's sweating all day. Definitely a plus to have.

My work involves lifting boxes up to 150 pounds every day. No wonder my back feels sore sometime. This back brace is exactly what I needed. It fits comfortably around the waist. The two levers allow you to pull the brace tightly. I feel confident that with the brace, I will not throw out my back while working.

I have been having issues with lower back pain and have tried many different braces to alleviate the pain. I was really impressed by the support this brace provided, and I think it’s due to the plate the is in the back of the brace that aligns with your spine. The brace is very adjustable and conforms to your body provide you a tight and exact fit providing the most support possible. I like the material it is made out of as it is much more breathable than your typical brace making it easy to wear it all day during work. It definitely causes you to have better posture and limits your ability to bend over at the waist so there is a small learning curve to wearing it all day, but it’s worth it. It alleviates a lot of the pain in my lower back while wearing the brace, meaning that even when I’m not wearing the brace my back still feels better!
