- Quality Issues: If there’s a defect in the product, aoFIT will take care of the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

- aoFIT offers a 60-day return or exchange policy for unused and undamaged items. You can initiate this through our website. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. If it’s an exchange, the new item will be sent out upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping fees vary, with aoFIT covering costs for quality issues.
2.2 Product Quality Issues
- Our products go through a 7-step quality check before shipment. If you receive a defective product (e.g., damaged or non-functional), we sincerely apologize. We offer full refunds or free exchanges in such cases. Please provide a photo or description of the defect. aoFIT will cover return shipping costs to ensure you receive a new product or refund.
