WingForce Patella Strap

This helps a lot for my slight knee injury for when I'm working out. I do some boxing and needed a little knee support for practices. It gives a light lift on the patella and minimizes movement with the way it cups around the patella. The only thing for me is that I don't have a big differential between the circumference of where the strap holds onto my leg and my calf circumference, which means it slides down a little over time. It requires a little readjustment by pulling up, but I never had to restrap it on. The design is cute and minimal and much less restrictive than my usual knee sleeve. The packaging was nice and I liked the little cards and info that came inside.

These are so soft, and so firm but gentle all at the same time. I've had knee supports like this in the past and they were my favorite. I had to wear a sleeve under them, though, because the velcro bit into my skin. Not with these, though. Not even close.

I'm so glad I gave these a try! They are seriously soft. Almost pleasant. Something you want to wear instead of something you have to wear. Within maybe two minutes, my knee had popped. If you have joint pain, you know what that means. It means relief.

Within maybe ten minutes, I had forgotten I was wearing them.

I went to the grocery store, did my shopping, drove home, unloaded the car, put everything away, puttered around, and only remembered these things again when I went to change for my shower. I took them off; and remembered why I put them on in the first place. The amount of support is astounding, especially considering I forgot they were there.

I'm not entirely sure who has small enough knees for the small band, but it doesn't matter. The large one is plenty big to fit with room to spare. And I just kind of loved the words on the manual. Maybe I'm overly sentimental, but it made me happy to read.
