As a regular patellar strap user, I am thrilled with this pair of the supports.They are a particularly good choice for people with smaller knees, who find patellar straps too large to provide good support.This arrives as a pack of two sets of patellar straps with two back up attachment straps, which are the piece at the back used to hold the support against your knee.Most importantly, these knee supports have been performing great for me.I use them to help my right knee during hiking and the strap I wore was able to provide comfortable relief to me during a recent run through the woods.Based on my experience with them, I would definitely recommend these straps.A great choice for smaller knees, in addition to providing great quality and design.

This knee strap does a very good job at supporting my patella. It is more comfortable in the front than it is in the back of the knee. The strap that tightens is not padded so the material digs into the back of the knee a bit which can be uncomfortable if worn longer than the recommended 2 hours. I like the design of this patella support, with the silicone pad placed on the inside of the strap so that it is right against the bottom of my patella. This design is almost perfect. I would recommend that the maker will consider a padded adjustable strap so that the edges doesn't dig into the back of the knee. This product is made in China.

It is astonishing how many knee braces I have collected since I developed knee pain. They all work in their own ways but not all of them give support while comfortable to wear at the same time. This patella support with silicone pad is very comfortable to wear and most of its parts are soft. I also like that they give you different length straps so I do not have to have a long leftover strap in my pants leg. These braces seem to be breathable although at 30 degrees Fahrenheit outside, it is difficult to tell. I hope even in summertime they will breathe. I like their gentle yet effective support.

I got this for my dad since he has knee issues. His knees felt much better after using this strap. The silicone pad aligns perfectly with the human engineering of the knee, providing excellent support. Now, he wears it daily and says his knees feel more stable.
